For China and South Africa, 2013 marks the 15th anniversary of the two countries' diplomatic relations.
The milestone offers an opportunity to reflect on the evolution of South Africa-China relations and consider new ideas and initiatives to strengthen, enrich and deepen their future engagement.
In this interview with South Africa's ambassador to China, Dr Bheki Langa shared his thoughts on the current state of China-South Arica relations and his feelings about China's upcoming annual political meetings.
