HOUSTON - Almost 30 train cars derailed in Arkansas, a southern state in US, on Wednesday, but no injuries were reported, authorities said.
The accident happened near Williford, in the northeast of the state Wednesday morning, closing the main rail line between Springfield and Memphis until late Wednesday, local media reported.
Three of the cars carried hazardous chemicals, but did not leak after the derailment, according to the reports.
The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
