Contestants in the 2015 Silicon Valley Food Festival make Chinese dumplings in celebration of the Spring Festival. Organizers of this event - United for a Better Community and Let's Have Some Coff ee - said they hope the gathering to helps preserve and promote hinese tradition and culture in the Bay Area and beyond.
