Co-chairs of National Congress of Chinese Canadians (NCCC) Lin Li (right) and Zhong Xinsheng, lay a flower wreath at the Chinese Railroad Workers Monument on Canada Day, July 1, in Toronto. The annual ceremony commemorates the sacrifices made by Chinese railroad workers and their families and honors their contribution to building the railroad that linked British Columbia to eastern Canada.
