1. Culture and festival — MARKHAM

MP Geng Tan speaks at the Canadian International Culture and Festival (CICF) on Monday in Markham. The CICF, hosted by the Canada Cultural Relics Research Foundation and the Chinese Friendship Association, will run from Sept 2-4 at the Markham Civic Centre.
