Cynthia Ning, associate director of the Center for Chinese Studies and US director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, presents awards to winners of the high school non-heritage students group at the fifth Chinese Speech Contest for Hawaii Students 2017 on March 5.
