As the global phenomenon of The Hunger Games arrives at its powerful final chapter in China, Beijing Imcube Technologies, China Film Post Production and Gener8 co-hosted a new 3D Conversion Model Release Event on Wednesday to demonstrate to the Chinese audience excellent quality 3-D films can be achieved with reasonable prices. Gener8 executive producer Paul Becker showcased the 3-D conversion making of Mockingjay part 2 with a detailed explanation of the two different methods used in the film: substitution and projection. Over 700 shots using the projection method and 1,400 shots with substitution make the film have the best viewing results. The event aims to provide better 3-D movie to the Chinese audience, since China has the world's largest 3-D movie lovers.

Germany's first ever National Youth Ballet has been founded at the beginning of the 2011/2012 theater season. The company consists of eight professional dancers between the ages of 18 to 23, and has begun work at its new home at the Ballettzentrum Hamburg - John Neumeier. With its own repertoire comprising mainly works by young choreographers, the group will predominantly dance in new spaces - not theaters, but schools, museums, nursing homes and even prisons; spaces in which dance does not usually attract much interest. The National Youth Ballet aims to demonstrate that dance has a social relevance creating a spirit of community and a sense of unity, focussing especially on a young audience.
