BAGHDAD, Iraq - A parked car bomb exploded Tuesday morning in a packed outdoor market in southwestern Baghdad, killing 25 people and injuring 60 others, police said.

The deadly blast occurred about 10 a.m. in the Shiite-dominated neighborhood of Amil, damaging a nearby medical center and setting cars on fire, police said.
