100 Libyan government troops captured: TV

TRIPOLI - One hundred Libyan government troops, including a high-ranking air force officer, were captured by rebels as months-long clashes edged into the Libyan capital of Tripoli, the pan-Arab al-Jazeera television reported on Sunday.
