Four Vietnamese arrested for drug trafficking
NANNING - Police in southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region said Saturday that they have arrested four Vietnamese people for trafficking and attempting to produce drugs.
The four Vietnamese people, one of whom identified as A Hong, were detained in Dongxing City on April 19, when they attempted to smuggle packed drugs across the border to Vietnam, according to the municipal public security bureau.
Police seized more than 16 kg of liquid raw material for Methamphetamine production, 7.5 kg of Methamphetamine, and 990.3 grams of Ketamine.
The suspects admitted to have trafficked drugs in China and attempted to produce Methamphetamine.
Police are pursuing other individuals involved in the case.
