3 wounded in explosion in Cairo

CAIRO -- At least three people were wounded in a huge explosion outside a school compound in the Nasr city district in the Egyptian capital of Cairo, a day after the government declared the Muslim Brotherhood as a "terrorist group," state TV reported Thursday.
