A British daredevil has become one of the country's best rock climbers - despite being born with only one hand and suffering from epilepsy.
Kevin Shields, 35, from Ayrshire, Scotland, has scaled many of the UK's toughest routes and was given the honor of lighting the flame at the top of Ben Nevis in London's Paralympic Games. Despite being born with a partially formed left hand as well as suffering from epilepsy, the Scotsman has never let his disability hold him back and has amazingly spent the last 10 years climbing. Worried he may cause trouble to the others, Kevin decided to climb alone in an effort to push himself to his physical and mental limit.
