Li, Abe don't hold meeting at ASEM
Premier Li Keqiang did not meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe during the Asia-Europe Meeting summit, a Chinese official said.
The spokesperson for the Chinese delegation to the ASEM summit said on Friday that Abe "came to Premier Li to shake hands" on Thursday during a banquet in Milan, Italy.
However, the two did not have a meeting, the spokesperson added.
Li arrived in Milan on Wednesday to attend the biennial meeting of the forum.
