He used a South Korean saying — “A house may cost three coins, but a good neighbor is worth a thousand taels of gold” — to show that he cherishes neighborly ties.
Stressing the significance of win-win scenarios and regional prosperity, Xi cited a line from a Chinese poem: “A single flower does not make a spring; all flowers blooming together do.”
