'Unprecedented' press conference joined by 17 leaders

Leaders of the other 14 CEE countries were also present off stage. Last year, Serbia hosted the annual summit, which will move to Latvia in 2016. "The news briefing is definitely unprecedented with the strongest participants ever", said a diplomat.
