Singapore-listed Frasers Centrepoint Ltd (FCL) is one of Singapore's top property companies. It has four core businesses focused on residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality properties.

China has been a core market for FCL since its first residential development - the 452-unit JingAn Four Seasons in Shanghai - in 2001. FCL is developing two residential projects in Suzhou and Shanghai, adding to its track record of delivering more than 140,000 quality homes worldwide. Beyond residential housing in China, FCL is also developing a logistics park in Chengdu.

Suzhou Baitang One

Baitang One is on the east of the largest lake, Jinji Hu, in Suzhou Industrial Park. The 4,000-unit Baitang One comprises apartments, multistory garden villas and townhouses. Adjoining the project is the 600,000-square-meter Baitang Ecological Garden. Its close proximity to LRT Nanshi Jie station and Xing Tang Jie station makes this a highly accessible residential development.

Gemdale Mega City

Located in the Songjiang district of Shanghai, the 6,000-unit Gemdale Mega City is a joint venture project between FCL and Shanghai-listed Gemdale Corp. An integrated development comprising apartments, terraces and townhouses, retail and essential community amenities, Gemdale Mega City is well-served by Metro Line 9, Sijing Hospital and a commercial plaza.

Chengdu Logistics Hub

Strategically located within the city, the 25.6-hectare Chengdu Logistics Hub offers good transport connectivity. Named "A-Space World", Phase 4 comprises four clusters of office towers in the business park with interconnected sky roof gardens ideal for both work and play.

Award-winning hospitality

FCL is also an established provider of quality serviced residences in China. Its Frasers Hospitality business has three brands of serviced residences: Gold-Standard serviced residences (Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, Fraser Residence); Modena by Fraser serviced residences for "road warriors"; and Capri by Fraser hotel residences for travelers. Frasers Hospitality's global portfolio stands at 132 properties in 77 cities worldwide.

Frasers Hospitality opened its first serviced residence in China - Fraser Place Shekou, Shenzhen - in 2004. The group's portfolio stands at 14 serviced residences across key Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Wuxi and Wuhan.

New properties located in Changsha, Dalian, Hefei, Nanchang, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Tianjin, Wuxi, Xiamen, Chengdu and Shanghai will be added over the next few years to Frasers Hospitality's portfolio.
