Make your own ice cream at Gelato University

Carpigiani Gelato University, located in Anzola dell'Emilia, near Bologna, Italy, was established in 2003 with the aim of teaching students from around the world how to make gelato ice cream and promoting Italian gelato culture. The university provides ice cream making courses in 12 countries and regions including Italy, China, France, the US, and Brazil. Gelato ice cream is well known around the world for its healthy and low fat ingredients and fresh and smooth taste. Basic ingredients of Gelato ice cream include whole milk, white sugar, cream, and fruits, chocolate, coffee, nuts, vegetables or other natural ingredients for different flavors.
