ANKARA -- At least five police officers were killed in the bomb attack in southeastern Turkey on Monday, local media Milliyet reported.
An explosion took place when a suspected bombing truck of the outlawed Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK) militants hit a police shuttle bus at 17:35 local time (1435 GMT) in the province of Bingol, the report said.
Ambulances and firefighters have arrived at the explosion scene.
The social media account of a Kurdish fighter "Mitanni" claimed that the attack had killed 10 police and injured six more.
