At least 65 wounded in traffic accident in Paris
PARIS - At least 65 people were wounded in a traffic accident on Monday along a highway in Les Yvelines department in western Paris, local authorities have said.
A big pile-up occurred early Monday morning on the A13 highway, after two buses, a semi-trailer and four cars crashed into each other, Les Yvelines prefecture said.
At least 65 people were injured with five in critical condition in the accident. Dozens of rescuers are in place to help evacuate the victims.
The cause of the accident is yet to be known.
