China, Germany work to recognize drivers' licenses

China and Germany have agreed to start negotiations at an early possible date on issues of common interests, including to expanding air worthiness of Chinese aircraft, open more direct flights between China and Germany and a two-way recognition of drivers' licenses in both countries.
