Would you avoid United Airlines after passenger's mistreatment?

Using violence like this is just not acceptable. Treating people with respect, calming people, reassuring them... those tactics work better for compliance in a tense and/or emotional situation.

Giving a person two seconds to comply with 'orders' before unleashing physical violence is an abusive relationship. The violence and total disregard for human life or the respect of individuals shown by our police sickens and disgusts me.
