China's forex reserves rise for 9th straight month

BEIJING - China's forex reserves rose for the ninth month in a row in Oct as pressure of capital outflow continued to ease, data from the central bank showed Tuesday.

Forex reserves amounted to $3.11 trillion at the end of October, increasing $703 million from a month earlier.
