Vienna Strauss Orchestra New Year's Concert in Shenzhen

The tradition of world famous Strauss Dynasty was started by Johann Strauss' father when he founded his first Strauss Orchestra in 1825. Masterpieces like The Blue Danube, The Vienna Blood, Tritsch-Tratsch, The Radetzky March and many more were created by the magnificent Strauss Dynasty Foundation. Current Vienna Strauss Orchestra was formed by Edvin Marton in 2009.

The Orchestra ranges in size from 17 to 40 musicians, depending on the venue, and play pieces by Johann Strauss and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. With the best musicians, the Vienna Strauss Orchestra already played in beautiful halls of North and Latin Americas, Europe and Asia. Edvin Marton is one of the best violinists of our time.

Branagh Theater Live: The Winter's Tale

Shakespeare's timeless tragicomedy of obsession and redemption is reimagined in a new production co-directed by Rob Ashford and Kenneth Branagh, with the great Dame Judi Dench as Paulina and Branagh as Leontes. King Leontes appears to have everything: power, wealth, a loving family and friends. But sexual jealousy sets in motion a chain of events with tragic consequences.

This play famously contains Shakespeare's most famous stage direction: "Exit, pursued by a bear", but this is just one of the many bizarre parts of this play, in addition to an inexplicable, groundless jealous rage, a 16-year gap in time, a wife hidden away in a closet, and on and on.

Czech Symphony Orchestra: Oscars Classics in Shanghai

As an ensemble put together for various international recording and concert projects, it has been active since 1994. The orchestra was composed of musicians with recording as well as concert experience and has worked with conductors like Erwin Gutawa. Currently under the leadership of Oskar Rozsa, the orchestra's latest projects involved film music recordings for internationally successful Czech movies like Lidice.
