Charlene Liu was the top liberal arts student for the 2008 college entrance exam in Chongqing. She studied at Peking University and Columbia University, then moved to London for work.
Charlene and her flatmate Liu Qian started running a Chongqing Noodle stall every Sunday at Brick Lane Market in East London.
