Evacuations were also ordered in the Holy Fire burn area in Riverside County.
The Woolsey Fire, Hill Fire and Holy Fire were destructive wildfires that burned in Southern California last year.
"There have been numerous reports of flash flooding and debris flows across the warning. There will continue to be flows of water and mud early this afternoon, along with the threat of additional shower activity," said NWS at noon. The agency warned that it is a very dangerous situation for the terrain of Southern California sensitive to heavy rain impacts.
