Horse poop used to heat Helsinki homes

chinadaily.com.cn | Updated: 2019-10-30 00:58

Manure seems to be the gift that keeps on giving. While it's commonly used as fertilizer to give plants nutrients, in Helsinki, horse manure is used to power electricity and heat homes.
