Between 2014 and 2018 the China National Arts Fund launched a project to sponsor and support the creation of up-and-coming artists.

New Vision of Chinese Art, an exhibition which will end today at Beijing's World Art Museum, shows the accomplishments of this nationwide project with a display of nearly 200 artworks by its featured artists. Works on show include paintings, calligraphic pieces, photos, designs and traditional crafts reflecting the latest developments in the exploration, with the subjects and approaches by these promising figures of Chinese art.

The exhibition also is the last leg of a series of exhibitions at home and abroad to showcase these works, as well as promoting young artists' role in delivering the spirit of Chinese cultural traditions.
