2020: A year full of wonders

3. High school education will be made universal across China in 2020, while the gross enrollment rate of nationwide high schools will reach 90 percent. Children attending public kindergartens or affordable private ones will account for 80 percent of all preschoolers by 2020, and the gross enrollment rate of kindergartens is expected to hit the 85-percent mark.
