Home or office work, which one would you choose?

When you work from home and can't get to a call or email right away, your co-workers may not give you as much leeway as they would in the office. This might push work-from-home individuals to overcommunicate what they're doing and what they're accomplishing, so I would choose office work although it always takes time to commute.
