No casualties in building fire in Moscow: Local media

MOSCOW - A residential building fire in southwestern Moscow inflicted no casualties, Sputnik reported on Monday.
"The fire was put out at 6:10 am (0310 GMT)," Sputnik quoted the local department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry as saying, adding that no one was injured.
Over 100 people were evacuated from the residential building due to the fire, and have been placed in temporary accommodation at a hotel, media reported earlier.
The eight-story building is located on Leninsky Avenue, a major avenue in the Russian capital. The fire spread over an area of 2,000 square meters.
