Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Bursa Malaysia, the Malaysian stock exchange, signed a memorandum of understanding through video conference on Wednesday, marking a new page of cooperation between the two exchanges.
According to the MoU, the two parties will share information and resources via the V-Next, an internet-based financial information service platform established by the SZSE and which has attracted more than 12,000 innovative high-tech firms from over 41 countries.
They also pledged to promote China-Malaysia industrial chain collaboration and develop a cross-border financing matchmaking mechanism between enterprises and investment institutions in the two countries.
