Huawei Q1 revenue grows 1.4% amid COVID-19 challenges

Huawei Technologies Co's sales revenue saw a 1.4 percent year-on-year growth in the first quarter amid challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, the company said on Tuesday.
Its sales revenue hit 182.2 billion yuan ($25.7 billion) from January to March, with net profit rate standing at 7.3 percent.
Huawei said in a statement the company resumed production in an orderly manner amid the outbreak, and its overall operating results are in line with expectations.
The company has taken measures to protect the health of employees and supported partners in the supply chain to overcome difficult production challenges.
