An excellent step and long overdue! The people of HK want peace and security. They don't want riots, vandalism, petrol bombs and other things the rioters do. Those who destroy the city should not go unpunished for the damage caused. Only by implementing the security law justice can prevail and life can return to normal as soon as possible.
