The need to implement AI, IoT, smart city is combined with human ethics as family is first - and it is one element of the success by combination. Once the economy is further independent and becomes engine for the world, the costs for education and healthcare will be buffered to release families from most of their economic worries - this will attract to have more children and give them equal education across an equal quality of education.
