A Miao ethnic embroidery work based on a Chinese calligraphy masterpiece — Dizhuming — is 9 meters long. [Provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

Li Shaoyu, a master of Pengshui Miao embroidery in Chongqing, spent more than two years completing a 9-meter long embroidery featuring the work of a Chinese calligraphy master.

The long scroll presents Dizhuming, the masterpiece of the poet and calligrapher Huang Tingjian (1045-1105) from the Song Dynasty (960-1279).
