China to issue white paper on transport

BEIJING -- China's State Council Information Office will release a white paper on the development of the country's transport sector on Tuesday afternoon.
The white paper, titled "Sustainable Development of Transport in China," will be released at 3 pm Tuesday and a press conference will be held by the office.
