Should elder sister raise her little sibling?

It depends. There is no absolute answer. If the elder sister inherited a good fortune from her deceased parents and had a capability of bringing up a child well, she's responsible for her little brother and ought to support him till he could feed and clothe himself. If she failed to get a certain sum of money and scraped by on her new low-paid job, she should turn to the governments or charities for help to raise her little siblings.

All in all, under the terms of the Constitution, the competent elder sister or brother is responsible for raising her or his little siblings. Therefore the elder should not abandon their little siblings in any circumstances. If in financial trouble, you should not forget our increasingly powerful government and nation.
