Chinese software-as-a-service education provider EEO recently announced a wholly owned investment into Beijing Nobook Edu and Tech Co Ltd, a technology education firm that develops educational software.

With the new move, EEO said it will strive to offer teachers and students more comprehensive education services. Tong Yu, founder and CEO of Nobook, will act as senior vice-president of EEO.

Founded in 2008, Nobook mainly leverages virtual experiments to help schools improve their experimental systems. Its products and solutions have been used into over 26,000 schools and institutions in China and more than 10 countries and regions overseas.

"EEO's ClassIn and Nobook can mutually empower and promote each other, and will jointly create a digital classroom that can be used regularly. We will also jointly build a learning space that connects online and offline, before and after class time, and on- and off-campus to empower more teachers and students," said Song Junbo, founder and CEO of EEO.
