Beijing 2022 venue: National Indoor Stadium

The National Indoor Stadium in Beijing, in the centre of the Olympic Green, is three kilometers or a five-minute drive from the Olympic Village. Nicknamed the “Fan" due to its design resembling a traditional Chinese folding fan, it was built for the 2008 Summer Olympics. After renovation, it will be the venue for the Men’s Ice Hockey competitions as well as for some women’s events, and for the Para Ice Hockey during 2022 Paralympics.
