Austrian expert confident about China's performance

"The more it becomes evident that the United States is losing ground economically, the more likely it becomes the United States is using military threat...So it is necessary that China will keep her patience and will not change her moderate language to prepare and establish a polycentric world order for the common good", Peter Karl Fleissner, a retired professor of Faculty of Computer Science, Vienna University of Technology said.
