It is often seen that parents argue with children over cell phones. Most parents can hardly set and enforce the time limit for its daily usage. Some forcibly take away their cellphones, but it will ruin trust and relationship. Even worse, it will make their kids hate them. The move is overdue and hopeful it will work well.
