The off-campus tutoring has always been a headache for many parents. They spend money and energy, and are forced to be involved in the internal entanglements of "if other children attend off-campus academic training, their children may lose at the starting line", which eventually leads to an unfair competition in the education sector accompanied by excessive anxiety of parents and children.

The new policy is timely to provide a relatively fair environment for parents, lets education resources return to school, lets students concentrate on school, relieve parents and children's anxiety and pressure.
