"We don't want any more promises, we just want the vaccines," Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization, said on Wednesday while noting that only about 15 percent of the 1 billion vaccine doses promised by wealthy countries for low- and middle-income countries have materialized.
