Truck driver: The port backlogs aren't for lack of truckers

With the growing port backlogs on the West Coast, truck driver shortages are often blamed for the problem. But Yahoo Finance reported Tuesday that some truckers near the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach "are willing to work", but there are no loads available for hauling from the port.
