Dada Nexus reports 12-month revenue increase

Dada Nexus Ltd, China's leading local on-demand delivery and retail platform, reported its total net revenues reached 1.7 billion ($266 million) in the third quarter of this year, up 86.4 percent year-on-year.
Total gross merchandise volume of JD Daojia, the on-demand retail platform of Dada Group for the 12 months ending Sept 30 was 37.2 billion yuan, an increase of 74.6 percent year-on-year.
The number of active consumers on JD Daojia for the 12 months ending Sept 30 was 57.1 million, compared with 37.3 million in the same period ending in 2020.
In October, Dada Group and JD jointly launched a one-hour delivery service "Shop Now". Through Shop Now, users can access on-demand services via multiple channels on JD, including the "nearby" tab on the homepage of JD's app.
