Reinfections may account for 10% of UK's 2022 COVID cases

The daily number of COVID-19 cases in the United Kingdom has risen sharply since Monday, because reinfections have been included in the statistics. Analysis by the Reuters news agency suggests reinfections may account for around 10 percent of England's total cases so far this year.
