Top chefs show off their skills at J Hotel Shanghai Tower

Four well-known chefs who each specialize in different Chinese cuisines showcased their skills and dishes during a special event held at Heavenly Jin restaurant in the J Hotel Shanghai Tower.

Zhou Xiaoyan, a chef and professor of Huaiyang cuisine of Jiangsu province, showed off two of the cuisine's signature dishes — the pork meatball soup and minced crab meat with cabbage.
