5.5-magnitude quake strikes off Japan's Iwate Prefecture: JMA

TOKYO -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 on Friday struck off Iwate Prefecture in northeastern Japan, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).
