Cargo plane returns to airport safely in Southwest China after mechanical failure

CHONGQING -- A cargo plane of Sichuan Airlines, which departed from Southwest China's Chongqing municipality to Moscow, returned to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport safely after reporting mechanical failure on Friday.
