Men tend to be stronger than women, so instead of teaching girls to protect themselves, I think more energy should be used to teach men how to respect and take care of women. Also, the law should severely punish those who beat the vulnerable, and don't discourage people who do the right thing. Eventually, if justice cannot be served, how should ordinary people complain?
